In accordance with statutory regulations, you have a period of 30 days from the receipt of your parcel to exercise your right of cancellation and request a return or an exchange, without having to provide any reason.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be returned in its original and complete condition (including packaging, accessories, and manuals).
The product must be in brand-new condition to allow for resale.
The purchase invoice must be included in the parcel.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your item has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed back to your original method of payment. Please note that processing times may vary between 7 to 14 business days, depending on your banking institution.
